1. Account and Subscription

2. Use of Service

Generated Content: The memes, images, and text generated by the Service ("Generated Content") are novel works. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the Generated Content for any purpose, including commercial use.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you generate and share. You must ensure that its use complies with all applicable laws and platform-specific policies (e.g., Twitter, Facebook).

4. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees for your selected subscription plan. All payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We are not responsible for any errors by the payment processor.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the content generated. In no event shall MemeCraft AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
